- MayX 2025 Application Deadline - Monday, November 4, 2024 Now Accepting Applications for MayX 2025 and Summer 2025 Washington DC
- Fall 2025/Spring 2026 Semester Application Deadline - Thursday, January 30, 2025 (applications open November 5)
Students can participate in MayX (short-term) programs, faculty-led semester programs, or affiliate and exchange programs.
The study away office provides need-based scholarships for students. Scholarships cover a portion of the study away program fees.

Faculty interested in proposing a new study away program should contact Paige Blankenship approximately two years in advance.
All faculty-led study away proposals and initial budgets are due on the first day of classes each August for programs to be offered the following May and fall and spring of the next academic year.
